CHIP is a 2,300 acre zoned industrial business park located in Hazen, Nevada, on the south side of Highway 50A. Located at the existing railway overpass, the development takes advantage of the proximity of the Union Pacific railroad line. No other site offers such readily available sites to establish your new hub for rail and truck operations, including all facets of intermodal transportation.

Development to occur in four phases
Working with Churchill County officials, Tim Tucker and Harvey Whittemore are developing this greenfield site in four distinct phases and are seeking appropriate business relationships with Union Pacific to provide the highest customer satisfaction. This fully-approved Churchill County site is the premier asset for the development of regional and global trade by facilitating container travel from Hazen, through to the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center (TRIC)(companies located along USA Parkway) and on to the Ports of Oakland, Long Beach, or Seattle.

Currently, Tucker and Whittemore are supporting the work of Churchill County officials and state and federal authorities to establish water and waste water improvements for CHIP.
